At Fixly8.com, we strive to offer you high-quality, problem-solving, and trending products. If you receive a damaged item, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns or replacements for products that are:

  • Damaged upon delivery

  • Defective or broken on arrival

To request a return or replacement:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • Email us at hellofixly8@gmail.com with your order number, photo proof of the damage, and a brief explanation

Once approved, we will either send a replacement or initiate a refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products not in their original condition

  • Products reported after 3 days of delivery

  • Products returned without proper evidence of damage

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
